If you have technical questions about your amp....we would prefer you to email them rather than call as we use cellular phone service...and you know how that works.
We answer ALL emails promptly. If you don't get an email answer from us, something is wrong with your email server!! (check your spam filter settings).
Email us for shipping address and info about the best way to ship, insurance, liability, packing, etc. Do not ship to the Lawrenceville or address, that is for local amp drop off customers only. Please do not pack with styrofoam peanuts! Large bubble wrap is preferable. Pack tight;double box when possible;styrofoam sheet is good;protect tubes from breakage. Head style amps like marshalls and BF Fender Bassman, etc ship best in the cabinets, all others do better removing the chassis from the cabinet. Again, email for advice if in doubt.
